abandon (Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center, September 29 +30)
Choreography: Callie Chapman Korn
Performers: Sarah Ackley, Tamara Butts-Sullivan, Ivan Korn, Jon Peck + Mehrin Heuston Length: 45 minutes "...centers on the shift from physical awareness to introspection. As children, we revel in the body. As adults, we might find ourselves in a whole host of eccentric mental loop statements. Sound familiar?
Certainly some of that is going to be messy territory, and portions of Korn’s dance reflect that confusion...
Danced with striking engagement by Korn along with company members Sarah Ackley, Tamara Butts-Sullivan, Ivan Korn and Jon Peck, the clarity vacillates from scene to scene." - The Boston Herald

Choreography: Callie Chapman
Performers: Ashley Williams, Jon Peck, Ivan Korn, Andrea Cheatham
'' five dancers made their way slowly around a large pool of water in which they would eventually be baptized and redeemed, except for Korn, who sort of dissolves into the water by the finish.
The live choreography is a variation of the filmed version, which runs simultaneously. Everything spirals unto itself, and by the conclusion the viewer feels as if he, too, has been pulled into the scenario and purified." - The Boston Herald Adoration of the Moon (Dance Complex, June 3+4)
Choreography: Ivan Korn
Performers: Andrea Cheatham, Ivan Korn + Tamara Butts Sullivan
"...Korn's beautifully crafted trio ``Adoration of the Moon'' (his dances boast tight structure, clearly related to his background as a composer) " - The Boston Herald
Casi una Fantasia (Dance Complex, June 3+4)
Choreography/Performance: Callie Chapman + Ivan Korn
"The opening work ``Casi una Fantasia'' was an ironic duet in binary form, sort of a honeymoon night gone sour. With her long hair and compelling features, Chapman has a stunning Pre-Raphaelite appearance. She can easily play the predator, though. In a white wedding dress with red petticoat underneath and a garish rose in her hair, she flung Korn around, sat on him, anything to rouse him out of his drunken stupor. Halfway through the roles reversed. " - The Boston Herald
Phobos (Dance Complex, June 3+4)

Rootless Cypresses (Choreographers Group, Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center, Jan. 9+10)
Choreography: Callie Chapman
"...Chapman Korn, whose fluid trio "Rootless Cypresses" stood out for its captivating erotic undercurrent.
The scenario gives an impression of the young and the restless dancing out themes from Jean-Paul Sartre's "No Exit" in the courtyard of the Taj Mahal, all of it seamlessly constructed." - The Boston Herald
